Job Requirements:
· Maintain a clean and organized work area;
· Performs complex work assignments in the discipline with normal supervision;
· Performs routine work assignments in the following disciplines; electrical, welding,
fabricating, plumbing;
· Read and understand technical bulletins, manuals, instructions and blueprints;
· Observe, maintain, coordinate and complete standard work;
· Maintain, troubleshoot, and repairing stationary industrial machinery and mechanical
equipment;
· Provide support in facility related projects and preventative maintenance tasks;
· Identify and support continuous improvement effort with Production Manager
· Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and fix irregularities and
malfunctions;
· Follow TCF’s health and safety rules, policies, work instructions and SOPs
· Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Characteristics :
· Post Secondary Certificate or equivalent
· Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications;
· Ability to work in a moderate to cold working environment;
· Ability to remain flexible and adapt to fluctuating work requirements;
· Ability to work overtime and weekend as needed to complete all assigned tasks/duties
· Strong preventative maintenance and troubleshooting ability is a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $29.85-$33.00 per hour
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
• Overtime pay

• Ingersoll, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)
Experience:
• millwright: 1 year (required)
• Food Processing Facility: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
• English (required)
