Maintenance Person #3 (HVAC)

In compliance with Board policy, procedures, standard operating practices, and applicable legislation, responsible for the repairs / replacement and maintenance of buildings and components within his/her restricted trade. Person must have a valid compulsory trade license(s).

Current Allowance Rates:
Additional $.46 per hour for applicable approved trade licenses
Additional $.94 per hour for using an applicable approved trade license.

Responsible to the Supervisor of Maintenance and the Associate Manager Maintenance (Shops) or the Assistant Manager of Operations.
